The Veros Quality Management System (QMS) is registered to ISO 9001:2000. In addition, it has been fully integrated into our overall business management system and guides every process in our organization. The core focus of our QMS is to consistently manufacture products that meet customer specifications and are delivered on time. This is our promise to all of our customers and is reflected in our Quality Policy:

Quality System Key Points
At Veros, quality is a planned journey that begins with the receipt of a purchase order and continues through the life of the product. This quality life-cycle is detailed below:
Receipt of Purchase Order
- Order/Contract Review - Verify PO, Prints, Revisions, Specifications, & MFG process against Quotation and confirm with customer.
- QAP (Quality Assurance Planning) – Review validation criteria, verify material requirements, generate Inspection Instruction Sheet (IIS) and process job order.
Procure Materials
- Approved Supplier Program – Veros only utilizes suppliers that meet & consistently adhere to our requirements for quality and delivery.
- Receiving Inspection – Incoming material validated prior to release for manufacture.
- Material Certification – Material traceability maintained for each and every job order.
Manufacture Product
- First Article Inspection - QC technicians examine the first part of every run for adherence to customer specifications.
- Inspection Plan – In process inspections performed according to Inspection Instruction Sheet (IIS), with results documented on IIS.
- All completed IIS, material and/or heat-treat certifications are scanned as device records at the completion of each job order and maintained electronically for 10 years.
- Gage Control – Calibration program in place, managed with GAGEpack software system.
Package & Ship Finished Product
- Final Inspection – Product reviewed for conformance to specified requirements, paperwork reviewed for accuracy & device records scanned with originals prepared for shipment to customer.
- Packaging – Packing slip generated, product safely packaged along with device records and shipped to customer.

We utilize the E2 Shop System, from Shoptech Software, as the driver of our business/Quality Management systems. The E2 software system has integrated modules that enable us to effectively manage all of the critical areas of our operation, including:

It also has a WebView module, which enables us to grant our customers access to a secure web portal to check the status of their jobs, inventory levels, shipping info and much more.
