Quality

The Veros Quality Management System (QMS) is 3rd party registered to current ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 quality system standards. In addition, it has been fully integrated into our overall business management system and guides every process in our organization. The core focus of our QMS is to consistently manufacture products that meet requirements and are delivered on time. This is reflected in our Quality Policy:

Quality System Key Points

At Veros, quality is a planned journey that begins with the receipt of a purchase order and continues through the life of the product. This quality life-cycle is detailed below:

Step 1Receipt of Purchase Order

  1. Order/Contract Review - Verify PO, Prints, Revisions, Specifications, & MFG process against Quotation and confirm with customer.
  2. QAP (Quality Assurance Planning) – Review requirements, generate Inspection Instruction Sheet (IIS) and Control Plan where necessary, then process job order.

Step 2Procure Materials

  1. Approved Supplier Program – Veros only utilizes suppliers that meet & consistently adhere to our requirements for quality and delivery.
  2. Receiving Inspection – Incoming material inspected & identified with lot number prior to release for manufacture.
  3. Material Certification – Material traceability maintained by Lot number for every job.

Step 3Manufacture Product

  1. First Article Inspection - QC technicians examine 1st Articles in each lot for adherence to customer specifications.
  2. Inspection Plan – In process inspections performed according to Inspection Instruction Sheet (IIS), with results documented on IIS.
    1. All completed IIS, material and/or heat-treat certifications and CofC (where required) are scanned as Device History Records and maintained electronically.
    2. Gage Control – Calibration program in place, managed with GAGEpack software system.

Step 4Package & Ship Finished Product

  1. Final Inspection – Product reviewed for conformance to specified requirements, paperwork reviewed for accuracy & Device History Records are scanned and saved on server.
  2. Packaging – Packing slip generated, product safely packaged along with Device History Records and shipped to customer.

Veros ERP – Business Management Software System

We utilize the E2 Shop System, from Shoptech Software, as the driver of our business/Quality Management systems. The E2 software system has integrated modules that enable us to effectively manage all of the critical areas of our operation, including:

  • Quality Control
  • Complete Accounting

E2 also has a WebView module, which enables us to grant our customers access to a secure web portal to check the status of their jobs, inventory levels, shipping info and much more.
