With a combined 55+ years of contract manufacturing experience, Veros’ management team possesses the knowledge required to assist you in every phase of your project, from prototype through production. Aaron Longtain, Quality/Sales Manager
Aaron directs Veros' quality control, sales, marketing and general business management efforts. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University and possesses 10+ years worth of practical experience in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, business management, ISO 9000 quality system implementation & management, machining & design.

Jay Longtain, Operations Manager
Jay manages Veros' daily machining operations, including quoting, production scheduling and control, inspection, machine maintenance, employee management, shipping, and quality control. Jay oversees multiple projects for Veros' wide range of clients. Jay's 12+ years of experience in precision machining (including CAD/CAM design & programming, CNC milling & turning, Swiss machining, wire EDM, grinding, and finishing techniques) ensures that every job is completed to the highest specifications.

Marshall Longtain, Business and Machining Consultant
Marshall provides Veros with consultative assistance in the areas of business management, machining and design. He has 35+ years precision machining and contract manufacturing experience in every essential discipline, including: CNC turning/Milling, Grinding, Wire EDM, CAD/CAM programming, quoting, production scheduling, inspection, quality control, staffing and training. Marshall currently serves as President of Accurate Carbide Tool Co., Inc., a family-owned business that he has successfully managed for the past 15 years.
